Iskljivi viri z AI povzetki, zasidranimi v VAŠO disertacijo, citati, pridobljeni prek DOI, rigorozno LLM kodiranje s preverjanjem veljavnosti in poimenovalna konvencija, zaradi katere datoteke ostanejo najdljive še leta.
Pipeline kontaktov, intervjujske diade in opazovanja dogodkov s fotografijami – empirična plat doktorata, urejena tik ob pisanju.
Why not a Notion template, a Trello board or a generic tracker?
It reads your inbox so you don't re-type it
Supervisor emails and calendar events flow in automatically and become reviewable proposals. Trackers wait for you to fill them in – Lumen meets the work where it already happens.
Judge it in one click
The demo is a real, fully loaded workspace. No signup, no »book a call«, no empty dashboard you have to imagine your way around.
Built around the supervisor relationship
Mentor briefings, decision requests and a read-only mentor view are first-class features – not a sharing permission bolted onto a to-do app.
Calm by design
No engagement bait, no clutter. One quiet surface for a four-year project – installable on your phone, working offline, in nine languages.
Detailed comparisons: vs a Notion template · vs Trello · vs PhD trackers
Everything it does, in one page
Twenty-odd features, grouped the same way the app is – so you can see the whole shape of it before you decide whether to open the demo.

Running a doctoral programme?
Doctorates rarely fail loudly – they go quiet, and the quiet is only obvious a year late. When the work lives somewhere structured, a stall becomes visible while it is still cheap to fix, and supervision gets cheaper to give. Candidates keep their workspaces; the programme sees progress, never anyone's unfinished drafts.
Lumen for doctoral programmesBringing a whole cohort?
Lumen is working with its first doctoral programmes ahead of general launch. Cohort arrangements are put together per programme rather than sold off a price list – tell us the cohort and we will come back with something concrete.
Questions, answered
Can I try it before committing?
Yes – the live demo is open to everyone, no account needed. It's a fictional researcher's fully loaded workspace, so you see the real product, not screenshots.
How does my supervisor join?
Mentors get a personal access code – no signup form, no password to invent. They see a read-only view with comments and decision requests.
Does the AI change my data on its own?
Never. Every AI suggestion – from an email, a note or a photo – is a proposal you approve, edit or dismiss. Nothing is written without your explicit yes.
Where does my data live?
In the EU (Frankfurt), isolated per workspace. Your research is never used to train anyone's models.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Lumen installs as a real app, opens instantly and lets you read everything and tick tasks with no signal – changes sync when you're back online.
